How soon do I get my photos?

Between 5 and 7 days after the shoot. You get an email as soon as your folder is ready, and your files stay available for life in your client area. In a hurry? The Fast option delivers in 48 hours for €30 more.
What if it rains on the day?

We move it to another date, free of charge. That said, rain is not always bad news: wet ground, reflections, heavy skies — the result can be stunning. If the weather suits you, we shoot. Your call.
Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, freely up to 48 hours before the session. After that the session is owed: the slot was held for you and turned down for others.
How does payment work?

Everything is paid online, by card through Stripe or via PayPal: you pay when you unlock your folder, and access is immediate and permanent. For quoted work — business assignments, or long-distance travel — I may ask for a deposit at booking; that is written into the quote. A receipt is provided for every payment.
What am I allowed to do with the photos?

Whatever you like: social media, printing, framing, sending them to family. The only thing I ask is that you credit me as the photographer when you publish them — an @spotbymowix mention is enough.
Can I get more photos than my package includes?

Yes: move up to the next package and pay only the difference. Tell me before the retouching is finished — it is simpler for everyone.
How old are you, and who am I paying?

I am 15 and I run Mowix myself, from the shoot to delivery. As I am a minor, the Stripe and PayPal accounts receiving payments are in my father’s name, my legal representative. You get a receipt for every purchase.
