Status: Mowix is run by Morris Michiels as a private individual, as an occasional, small-scale creative activity. It is not yet registered as a business with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) and therefore has no company number.
Registration & VAT: Registration with the CBE and, where applicable, VAT liability will be completed as soon as Belgian legal thresholds require it. At this stage no VAT is charged. Displayed amounts are therefore net, excluding VAT.
Payments: The site, its content and its activity belong to Morris Michiels. The Stripe and PayPal accounts through which payments flow are held in the name of Jean-Michel Michiels (legal representative), as Morris is a minor. No banking data is processed or stored by Mowix.

2.1 Purpose. Mowix sells digital access to photo and video folders through this client area. Each folder is offered at a stated price (fixed, or free with a minimum).
2.2 Order & payment. Payment is made online via Stripe, Mollie or PayPal. The order is firm once payment is confirmed.
2.3 Delivery. After payment, access to the purchased folder is unlocked immediately and permanently ("for life") from the client area, reachable with the email address and a verification code.
2.4 Right of withdrawal. As these are digital contents supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access is unlocked, in line with distance-selling legislation for digital content. The client is informed before purchase.
2.5 Ownership & use. The images remain the intellectual property of Mowix. A purchase grants a personal right of use. Any resale or unauthorised commercial use is prohibited.
2.6 Support pricing. Some folders are "pay what you want": the client may pay above the minimum to support the studio. This surplus is voluntary and non-refundable.
2.7 VAT. As Mowix is not (yet) VAT-registered, prices are shown excluding VAT and no VAT is applied or recoverable. A simple invoice/receipt is provided for every purchase.
2.8 Deposit. For quoted work (business assignments, long-distance travel), a deposit may be requested at booking. Its amount and conditions are set out in the quote accepted by the client before any work begins.
3.1 Data collected. Mowix collects only: name, email address and purchase history. No banking data is stored by Mowix — payments are handled by Stripe / Mollie / PayPal.
3.2 Use. This data is used to manage folder access and to send login codes and confirmations. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
3.3 Retention. Data is kept for as long as the client account exists (lifetime access to paid folders).
3.4 Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to spotbymowix@hotmail.com.
3.5 Cookies. The site uses essential cookies (login session, cart, security) which require no consent. Only with your agreement, an analytics cookie (Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation) may be set to understand site traffic. You accept or decline via the cookie banner and can change your mind at any time. No advertising or targeting cookies are used.
Last updated: 2026. This notice will be updated once the activity is formally registered (CBE company number, VAT where applicable). In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
